  • Groups of up to 4 can book directly through our online booking system for studio visits. For parties of 5 or more, please reach out to us directly so we can ensure we have everything in place to make your experience perfect!

  • We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance for private events, and as early as possible for weddings and large parties to secure your date.

  • Yes! After-hours bookings are available based on availability. Reach out to us directly to check availability for your preferred date and time — we love making special occasions happen!

  • Yes! We travel to events within Gainesville, FL at no additional charge. Travel outside of Gainesville is available for an additional travel fee — contact us for details!

  • It depends on the experience and location! For in-studio events, our downstairs experience space comfortably accommodates groups, and our upstairs lounge fits 8–10 guests. For travel events, reach out with your guest count and we’ll make sure we have everything in place for your group!

  • Yes! Our upstairs lounge is available to rent for $100 for 2 hours. It fits up to 8–10 guests and includes a full coffee bar, mini fridge, microwave, tables, chairs, and a cozy couch. You’re welcome to bring cake, drinks, and decorations to make it your own. Book the lounge solo or pair it with your jewelry experience downstairs for the ultimate celebration!

  • Yes, minimums vary depending on the experience and guest count. For larger events, custom pricing packages are available — we love working with you to create an experience that fits your vision and investment.

  • Yes, a deposit is required to secure your date and deposit amounts vary depending on the event. Your deposit is applied toward your total balance. Deposits are non-refundable.

  • We are intentional about pop-up opportunities and prioritize events that are a great fit for our brand. Sponsored or complimentary pop-ups are considered on a case-by-case basis. For inquiries, please reach out directly!
